Silvia Petretti

Silvia Petretti is the CEO of Positively UK, a national peer-led organisation by and for people living with HIV. A passionate advocate for equity and justice, Silvia has led transformative change across the HIV sector by centring lived experience, expanding peer-led services across NHS settings, and championing trauma-informed, relational leadership. With an academic grounding in African Arts and Languages and Development Studies (SOAS), and experience living in Nigeria, Silvia brings a strong cross-cultural and decolonising perspective to her work. She is also a trained yoga teacher, integrating embodied and reflective practices into leadership and organisational life.
