Juddy has over 15 years of experience working in the HIV sector across Hertfordshire and London. Her work spans HIV prevention—including PrEP—treatment support, personal development, and advocacy for people living with HIV. She also leads service delivery initiatives that promote the meaningful involvement of migrant communities in shaping both local and national HIV strategies and policies.

Juddy serves on several national advisory boards, including the BASHH/BHIVA PrEP Guidelines Working Group, the PrEP Equity Working Group, the FTC Community Leadership Group, and the EACS/WAVE Menopause Group.

She is particularly passionate about highlighting the issues faced by migrant communities and advocating for greater awareness of the challenges experienced by women aging with HIV. Juddy currently works with the Africa Advocacy Foundation and the Sophia Forum
