Mona Hayat

Mona is a Clinical Fellow with a background in mental health and has extensive experience in leading large multi-million transformational programmes of change across Health and Social Care. In 2019, Mona developed Nexus Digital Technology, which provides a customised and personalised wellbeing information exchange platform where patients are empowered to choose which health and wellbeing services they use.

Mona has an exceptional reputation in strategic leadership at C-Suite executive level in healthcare where she has over 28 years’ experience in achieving high standards of performance. Her specialism is the effective execution of multiple service redesigns and transformation programmes of work in challenging environments. One such example being her role as Executive Director for healthcare for the Grenfell Tower incident in 2017 where she was responsible for the remediation of the survivors and bereaved.

Her career has included delivering Equality, Diversity & Inclusion training and coaching to executive teams and a hugely successful private psychotherapeutic practice. She is also a guest lecturer on a number of MBA courses. She has built 3 successful businesses and is also a coach for Mindset Leap helping young entrepreneurs achieve their goals. Her reputation has been built on her peripheral vision and ability to deliver solutions at pace and to scale.

Mona is the Director of Sexual Health for the London Sexual Health Programme and is passionate about aligning the Programme with London HIV agenda.
