The Fast-Track Cities London Leadership Group is offering a total grant fund of £200,000 to commission voluntary and community sector organisations to deliver empowerment programmes that reduce internalised stigma for people living with HIV in London.
We’re seeking partnership or consortium bids that prioritise working with:
- People not currently engaged in HIV care or at risk of falling out of care
- Racially minoritised GBMSM and heterosexuals, trans and migrant communities
- Young people under 25, including those with vertically acquired HIV
- Sex workers, people who inject drugs or engage in chemsex
- Neurodivergent individuals and those experiencing mental health challenges
Programme Requirements:
- Use the Empowerment Programme Framework and assessment tool
- Collaborate with HIV clinics, GPs, and other community organisations
- Deliver stepped engagement approaches: from 1:1 support to peer-led groups and workshops
- Focus on intersectionality and building knowledge, confidence, and connections
Grant Details:
- Funding pool: £200,000 (bids exceeding this amount will not be considered)
- Programme duration: Up to 24 months, starting October 2025
- Deadline for applications: 9am Monday 15th September 2025
