As we mark World AIDS Day 2025, this year’s theme — “Overcoming disruption, transforming the AIDS response” — reminds us how vital it is to keep HIV awareness high and ensure everyone in London has access to accurate information, supportive services and stigma-free care. Despite pressures on services and widening inequalities, London continues to make significant progress towards our shared goals of zero new HIV transmissions, zero preventable deaths and zero HIV-related stigma.

Fast-Track Cities London is proud to support the Do It London campaign. In the weeks surrounding World AIDS Days 2025 it focuses on talking openly about sexual health and HIV as part of dating, encouraging routine testing, and helping Londoners understand how we can collectively end new HIV transmissions. The campaign features strong, simple messages designed to reach people across the capital — especially younger audiences and those newer to sexual-health conversations.
To help amplify these messages ahead of World AIDS Day, we’re making campaign assets available for partners, stakeholders and community organisations to use across their own communication channels. By sharing these materials, you can play a key role in:
• Challenging stigma and normalising conversations about sexual health
• Raising awareness of HIV prevention, including testing and PrEP
• Supporting Londoners to make informed choices about their health
• Highlighting how we can all contribute to ending new HIV transmissions
We encourage you to download and share the campaign visuals, videos and suggested posts on your social media channels, websites and newsletters. Every post helps extend the reach of this vital message — and strengthens London’s collective effort to get to zero.
